  • 27th- NO CLASS (Memorial day weekend)

 

JUNE

  • 3rd - Early Summer Oyster mushrooms and Spring Chicken of the Woods

  • 10th- Early Summer Chanterelles, Hedgehogs and Black Trumpets

  • 17th - Early Summer Chanterelles, Hedgehogs and Black Trumpets

  • 24th - the Oyster mushroom family including Spring, Summer, Fall and Early Winter varieties
