Workshops begin with a short presentation covering the basics of mushroom cultivation, including how to make your own spawn. We'll discuss a wide variety of methods for growing mushrooms with a focus on low-tech outdoor cultivation. You will get to inoculate 2 logs to take home with your choice of Oyster, Shiitake or Lion’s Mane mushrooms.
The workshop lasts for 1.5 -2 hours and is $75 per person.
